This is our DELUXE Meditation set.
The rectangular Zabuton provides essential cushioning for your ankles and knees when sitting cross-legged on a Zafu or meditation cushion. It can also be used in shoulder stand and other Yoga poses, and it makes a great floor cushion. This is a Set of meditation mat plus meditation cushion in matching fabrics.
The Zafu has a small zip on the inner cotton cover, so that it can be easily re-filled, once it flattened over time. Or you can remove some of the wool filling, if it feels to firm for your comfort.
