To keep your Yoga bolster fresh and enjoyable for a long time, keep it in a dry place. The outer cover has an envelope opening to slide the wool filled insert in and out. Remove the insert before hand washing and line drying the decorative cover. Spot cleaning only for wool-filled insert.
For Vegans: If you don't like to use animal products, we can fill your Pranayama Bolster with Organic Cotton instead of Wool. This will add $25 to the cushions price. Please contact me if you are interested in the Cotton insert.
